Meditation for beginners

A course designed for beginners or people struggling to                             master meditation

                      These are small groups of 6 people ONLY 

                                   Pre book your place

                                   1.5 hours x 6 sessions 

Allowing time for meeting others and discussing what we found hard and what was easy ! Enabling us to see what  we need to focus on. 

This allows each group to work at a pace that is comfortable and flexible to everybody needs.

Weather permitting some sessions I will encourage everyone to be outside and may include a mindful walk if group would like
